Template inclusions: This custom ClickUp template includes 3 x view types that allow you to work through your campaign planning effectively: ‘Plan’, ‘Pipeline’ & ‘Progress’. This is how each view helps you to work smarter:
Plan [Whiteboard View] – Use this view for Step 1 of your campaign planning – ‘Plan’ – where you visually map out the campaign process, customer journey & action items for each phase of the campaign.
Pipeline [Timeline View] – Once you have your campaign plan mapped out, line up the tasks/action items using the Timeline view to see how your campaign unfolds in real-time. Setting task due dates and viewing status updates via colour-coding will help keep you on track.
Progress [Kanban/Board View] – Finally, use the Progress board view to smash out the campaign content and tick off individual tasks as you build out your sales offer and assets. Once you launch your campaign, you can leverage this list as a hub to upload your content and assets so you can repurpose them for future campaigns.
There is also an embedded mini video tutorial that provides a screen share walkthrough & explainer of how to use the template to manage your campaign and how to customise it to make it your own.
